JR Mayer

President

JR Mayer, Jr. is a third generation custom home builder and president of Prestige Custom Homes. He brings over 25 year’s experience with residential construction to our clients, and his fluency in the process helps ensure flawless results with every build. JR meets personally with each client to fully understand their vision—and then makes sure their dream home becomes a reality.

Prior to founding Prestige, JR headed construction cost-estimating at his father’s business, Mayer Homes, which built as many as 500 houses a year in its heyday. He received a bachelor’s degree in residential construction management from the Del Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University and is an active member of the St Louis Home Builder Association.
